About Sian Williams
Oakmyre is led by Sian Williams, who founded the firm after nearly two decades in senior and executive recruitment, predominantly within the NHS, the wider public sector and purpose-led organisations.
Over that time she has reviewed thousands of applications, sat alongside hiring panels, advised organisations on how to shape their senior teams, and supported leaders through some of the most competitive appointment processes in the sector. That experience gives her a genuine understanding of what good leadership looks like in complex, values-driven environments, and what it takes to find it.
