Who we are

Oakmyre supports organisations across the public sector, healthcare, social care, Higher Education, charities, housing and selected commercial organisations. We specialise in Executive Search, Interim Leadership and Fixed-Term appointments, providing relationship-led support grounded in honest advice, market insight and long-term partnerships.

We typically support senior, executive and specialist appointments where quality, trust and discretion matter, working as an extension of your team: professional, dependable and outcomes-driven.

About Sian Williams

Oakmyre is led by Sian Williams, who founded the firm after nearly two decades in senior and executive recruitment, predominantly within the NHS, the wider public sector and purpose-led organisations.

Over that time she has reviewed thousands of applications, sat alongside hiring panels, advised organisations on how to shape their senior teams, and supported leaders through some of the most competitive appointment processes in the sector. That experience gives her a genuine understanding of what good leadership looks like in complex, values-driven environments, and what it takes to find it.
